Arrowroot Capital adds Chuck Haling to help accelerate Sales, Marketing and Customer Success across the Portfolio

Arrowroot Capital, a growth equity firm based in Santa Monica focused on recurring-revenue software businesses, announced today that it has strengthened its executive team with the hiring of Chuck Haling to the position of Director of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Chuck will join the growing Strategic Resources Group (SRG), where, as a partner to portfolio management teams, the SRG team leverages diverse operational and consulting experience as well as a network of preferred vendors to effect operational improvements that drive value and growth.
Chuck brings to Arrowroot more than 20 years of progressive business experience, during which time he has had the opportunity to architect, scale and lead teams in B2B, B2C, start up, mid-stage and large organizations both public and private

Prior to joining Arrowroot, Chuck was the Vice President of Sales at VelocityEHS, a cloud-based enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform company, which he joined in December of 2007 and subsequently led the sales function through two exits, Actua Corporation, (March 2012) and CVC Growth Capital (December 2017). Prior to VelocityEHS, Chuck held numerous leadership roles across several functions for companies like W.W. Grainger and the Wurth Group. Chuck holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from Columbia College.
Chuck currently sits on the board of Arrowroot portfolio companies Cygilant and Hookit and also serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Global Inside Sales Organization (AA-ISP).
