Talent Recruiter – Sales & Marketing  

We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to help bring in top talent and scale sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate has a track record of success leading robust recruitment initiatives, and is capable of developing and managing recruiting strategies aimed at sourcing high caliber candidates. This position will be primarily responsible for sourcing candidates for our portfolio companies.  
    
Responsibilities:

  • Developing talent recruiting programs aimed at hiring high caliber sales, marketing, and customer services professionals in an efficient and organized matter
  • Leading recruiting initiatives by working closely with hiring managers (CEOs, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, Directors) of Arrowroot’s portfolio companies
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates by identifying target profiles through various outreach channels (company careers webpage management, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Consulting with portfolio company leadership on hiring strategy, interview processes and candidate sourcing strategies
  • Managing recruiting lifecycle and candidate experience; from requisition to acceptance in a time-efficient manner; this includes conducting initial phone interviews and funneling candidates through a robust interview process
  • Continuously building a network of experts in the enterprise software sales, marketing and customer success space
  • Establishing an effective Applicant Tracking System

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Two or more years of experience in salesperson recruiting for full-time positions
  • Thorough understanding and use of online candidate sourcing methods
  • Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
  • Ability to develop things that scale, increase efficiency, and maximize impact
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills
  • Experience developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to engage high caliber candidates to effectively help companies grow; creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, HR, and building organizational functions in high-growth environments
  • Aspiration to become an operational specialist in recruiting for technology companies
  • Exceptional, all-around communication skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms a plus
  • Venture Capital / Private Equity experience a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (with a strong academic record) or graduate degree
  • Experience working with C-Suite
